Cancellation Policy

Booking: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking for one-time services (e.g., Tax Strategy Intensive). Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no charge. A new time can be selected using your original confirmation email link or by contacting us directly. Cancellation & No-Shows: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment or no-shows are non-refundable. Late Policy: We allow a 10-minute grace period. Beyond that, your session may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to our cancellation policy. Questions or Special Requests?
