Pricing does not include backend fees, third-party commissions, or out-of-pocket expenses (e.g., filing fees, entity formation costs). Each plan includes support for one individual tax return and one separate business entity return (e.g., S Corporation, partnership, or multi-member LLC). Personally owned rental properties reported on Schedule E are included in the individual return. Bookkeeping, historical cleanup, and services outside the defined scope — such as cost segregation study coordination, amended returns, or multi-entity structuring — may be billed separately at an hourly rate if needed. Strategic recommendations related to cost segregation are included in relevant tax planning packages.
