Testimonials
"I'm a physician with a Schedule C side business and rental properties, and for years no one had ever looked at all three together. My prior CPA filed returns; they didn't build strategy. Julius implemented a short-term rental strategy with cost segregation and bonus depreciation, helped set up a Solo 401(k) for my side business, and built a multi-year roadmap that actually integrates everything. The for the 2025 tax year were significant, but more importantly, I finally have a plan, not just a filing."

"I self-prepared my taxes for years and always thought I had it handled. But when my husband and I bought two short-term rentals in 2025, I quickly realized I was out of my depth. Julius walked us through everything. Material participation, the cost segregation process, which provider to use, and every deduction we could legitimately capture on Schedule E. He also implemented the Augusta Rule and a hire-your-kids strategy I didn't even know we qualified for. Best tax year we've ever had, by a wide margin."

"I had my 2024 return prepared by another firm and ended up owing the IRS. Something felt off, so I had Julius take a second look. He found deductions my previous CPA completely missed on my fix-and-flip P&L. Enough to swing 2024 by more than $10K, from owing to a refund. Once Julius properly worked through the settlement statements, it turned out I'd been in a loss position on all three of my flips, not profitable like my old returns showed. He amended 2023 for another ~$13K swing in my favor, then filed my 2025 return and got me a $6K refund. If you're an active real estate operator, having a CPA who actually understands how your business works, not just how to fill out a return, is a completely different experience."
